Hey, it's so good to meet you! I'm Stan, 28, dad of two mini tornadoes - Sophia and Noah. I LOVE weddings and I'm a multi award winning documentary wedding photographer in the UK and beyond - Folkestone (Kent) based.
I capture weddings as they are - full of emotion, energy and colour. I don't set things up or pose people. I'm more like a guest with a camera rather than a bossy supplier. I blend in ninja style and capture the energy of the day how it felt and how it happened.

What I'm All About
being your photographer, not your boss
I photograph weddings without bossing people around and telling them what to do. I'm all about observing and capturing moments instead of directing and setting up things. I always want to make sure I'm a positive, cheerful presence/third wheel so you never have to feel bossed around on your wedding day.
Couples who love photography but hate posing
Who are my couples? Lovely, kind, easy-going people, who don't take themselves too seriously and love to have fun. The sort of couples I'd happily go for a pint green tea with.
Photos full of Life
I love images that are vibrant, joyful, full of colour, creativity, feeling and emotion and that's the type of images I take at weddings. Every wedding is unique so I never have a shot list in mind. Instead I capture the action as it unfolds so your photos reflect your personalities - the opposite of a cookie-cutter approach.

I always try to be as cheerful and as calming as I can be so everybody around me feels at ease. Some parts of the day might feel quite stressful to you so I always try my best to adapt to the situation and help you calm the nerves down.
Far from traditional wedding photography, where the story of every wedding appears the same due to identical, cookie-cutter images, the approach I've adopted is all about telling the unique story of your day. I don't have a shot list or a preconceived idea of what each gallery should look like. I capture the energy of the day as it felt, so you can relive the day as it felt.
I invest time in connecting with each and every couple so it feels more like I'm a friend with a camera rather than a stranger you meet for the first time on the day. Most couples even forget they are being photographed and are able to be themselves fully that way.
