Hey, it’s so good to meet you! I’m Stan - an award-winning documentary wedding photographer. I photograph weddings in Kent, across the UK, and destination weddings in Europe and beyond. I love creatively capturing light, colour and moments. My approach is the opposite to cookie cutter - every wedding is unique and capturing the story and atmosphere of your day the way it felt is what I love doing.
It’s been an incredible year. Alongside being a Regional Finalist and Best Newcomer Shortlist at TWIA, I was also named in the Top 40 photographers worldwide for 2025 with This Is Reportage - something I’m genuinely blown away by.
Huge thank you to every couple who trusted me and helped make this possible.
Stan, I literally have no words. Thank you a million times over - you’ve captured beautiful moments we can look at for the rest of our lives perfectly, and we loved every single picture - literally every one. We cannot say thank you and we love you enough, you’re a literal angel and we’ll forever be grateful that we chose you to be our photographer, not only are you amazing at your job, but you’re an amazing human, and we were so lucky to have you be part of our special day.
I’ve never asked anyone to say “cheese” at a wedding
The latest first dance I’ve stayed for at a wedding was at almost 2 am
I run every week, despite running being the single thing in life i used to hate most
I quit smoking 5 years ago
I’m dad to not one, but two cheeky bambinos, sophia and noah
I quit my “9-5” to be a full-time wedding photographer and live my dream
I absolutely love photographing weddings abroad. I get so excited for these, I'm like a child on Christmas, buzzing with energy and unable to sleep the night before. So far I’ve photographed weddings in France, Italy and Portugal, and I'd love to keep expanding that list. My approach for destination weddings is exactly the same - focused on telling the unique story of your wedding, with plenty of colour, interesting compositions and creativity.
I’m all about capturing your day as it happens, without interfering with setting up or staging things. My apprach is the opposite to cookie cutter, it’s authentic and effortless for you - as a couple and also for your guests. It means that you don’t have to worry about your photos - that’s my job. You get to enjoy your wedding like you are meant to, and your gallery will beautifully reflect the unique story of your day.
I fell in love with documentary photography when I got into weddings, and I haven’t photographed a wedding any other way. I try my best to blend in with your guests, make people around me feel at ease and capture moments as they unfold. I love colour, light, shadow, creative compositions; images that show emotion, connection and tell a story.
As a documentary photographer, I often get asked if I do couple or group photos, and the answer to both is yes! During couple time, I always keep things natural, so I won’t ask you to pose or say cheese, I promise. Group photos are usually about tradition, and I can also do a few of these as required (VIPs only).
I'd love to show you these 3 weddings I photographed in 2025. Take a look at them and get a feel for what your gallery might look like.

Love what you see? I’d be THRILLED to hear from you — let’s see if we’re a good fit for each other.
Are you getting married in Kent? You wouldn’t be alone- many couples are drawn to this stunning county for its scenery, venues, and incredible variety of suppliers. Whether you're dreaming of the coast, countryside, or a historic town, Kent is a truly special place to say “I do.”
From castles and ancient woodlands to orchards, vineyards, and stately homes, Kent offers a breathtaking backdrop for wedding photography. The soft, natural light here lends itself beautifully to romantic, storytelling images - it’s a photographer’s dream.
Known as the Garden of England, Kent boasts over 250 wedding venues: rustic barns, luxury manor houses, boutique hotels, and more. Some of my favourites include Leeds Castle, The Secret Garden, Crown Lodge, The Orangery in Maidstone, and Lympne Castle.
With each season bringing something unique - cherry blossoms in spring, lavender fields in summer, golden foliage in autumn, and frosty countryside in winter - Kent truly shines year-round.
One of my recent favourites was Esmie and Josh’s wedding at Crown Lodge in Wye. From their sparkler send-off to an unforgettable Tuscan-style sunset, it was magical from start to finish.
As a Kent-based photographer, I love working locally. I often stay longer and never charge travel fees for weddings within the county. Kent has my heart - and I’d be honoured to capture your day here too.
